Friedkin Group make a new change after Companies House reveal
The Friedkin Group have made new changes at Everton as their accounts were updated on Companies House.
The Resolution of Allotment of Securities and the Resolution of Removal of Pre-emption Rights documents are being processed and will be available on 18 August.
The former usually refers to issuing new shares, and the latter means that the Blues can offer more shares to new investors without giving existing shareholders a chance to purchase them.
That would suggest that a fresh cash injection is on the cards.

Moyes on red alert as £50million man left out of squad
Everton boss Moyes will be on red alert amid the latest on Southampton man Tyler Dibling.
The Saints have reportedly set a £50m valuation on the 19-year-old after several bids from the Toffees.
He has now been left out the squad for their Championship clash with Wrexham on 9 August.
Will Still confirmed that was the case in his pre-match press conference, saying: “There are a few players who are where they’re at in their career and making choices.
“Tyler [Dibling] won’t be there.”

Everton could hit stumbling block amid Grealish latest
Manchester City star Jack Grealish’s wages could prove to be an issue for Everton, according to Scott Minto.
The former Chelsea star believes that the Blues would not be willing to fork up the amount of money that the former England star is currently on.
| Stats | Grealish |
| Matches | 20 |
| Starts | 7 |
| Goals | 1 |
| Assists | 1 |
| Chances created per 90 | 3.02 |
Speaking on talkSPORT (7 August), he said: “Unless he was in that treble-winning form then Pep wouldn’t want him to go, Everton are not going to pay £300,000 per week.
“I’m pretty sure, I can’t speak on behalf of him (Moyes) but £300,000 per week to play for Everton, that’s a lot of money. So I’d be very surprised.
“Whether Jack will actually say ‘do you know what? I’ll drop some wages because I want to play.’”
