Friedkin Group make a new change after Companies House reveal

The Friedkin Group have made new changes at Everton as their accounts were updated on Companies House.

The Resolution of Allotment of Securities and the Resolution of Removal of Pre-emption Rights documents are being processed and will be available on 18 August.

The former usually refers to issuing new shares, and the latter means that the Blues can offer more shares to new investors without giving existing shareholders a chance to purchase them.

Speaking on talkSPORT (7 August), he said: “Unless he was in that treble-winning form then Pep wouldn’t want him to go, Everton are not going to pay £300,000 per week.

“I’m pretty sure, I can’t speak on behalf of him (Moyes) but £300,000 per week to play for Everton, that’s a lot of money. So I’d be very surprised.

“Whether Jack will actually say ‘do you know what? I’ll drop some wages because I want to play.’”
