Everton close in on sensational Jack Grealish signing after major development emerges
Jack Grealish has been heavily linked with a move to Everton all summer.
The Man City star has fallen out of favour at the Etihad and has looked set to move elsewhere all summer.
As a result, Everton have been targeting a move for Grealish in hopes of reigniting his career.
Now, a major development has emerged in the saga as David Moyes looks to beat other clubs to the signing.

Jack Grealish is now in agreement to join Everton on loan
It was reported on Sunday that Everton were in advanced talks for Grealish, with Moyes viewing the winger as a priority target.
Now, this seems to have developed in the Toffees’ favour.
According to The Bobble via X on 10 August, Grealish is now in an agreement with Everton to join on loan.
- Grealish started just seven Premier League games at City in 2024/25
- Pep Guardiola then left him out of their squad for the Club World Cup
- Grealish has been heavily linked with several Premier League clubs this summer
The financial structure of the deal between Everton and Man City is undecided, with talks continuing between the two clubs.
However, this is no doubt a massive boost for the Toffees in their pursuit of the England international.

Grealish signing is a big risk for Moyes
Given Grealish’s form at Man City over the past year, the signing of the winger is no doubt a risk.
The former Aston Villa captain was once one of the best players in the Premier League, but has completely fallen off in recent times.

On top of this, Grealish would likely cost Everton a hefty sum in terms of wages, which could turn out to be an expensive short-term investment if the 29-year-old fails to deliver.
Nevertheless, if Moyes can return the attacker to his previous form, it could be one of the best signings of the summer.
