This is how much Jack Grealish loan could cost Everton as debut vs Leeds now on cards
Everton are attempting to complete the signing of Jack Grealish from Manchester City this summer.
The midfielder is set to leave The Etihad in the coming weeks, with Pep Guardiola making it clear that the England international is not in his plans.
And the Toffees have emerged as the most likely suitors, with negotiations ongoing over a move that would see Grealish spend next season at The Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Everton are looking to sign several more players in the closing weeks of the window, having already welcomed the arrivals of Thierno Barry and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, among others.

Grealish could make debut vs Leeds United
The £100m transfer that saw Grealish join Manchester City from Aston Villa in 2021 was a record for a British player at the time.
But the years since have seen the midfielder become a shell of the exciting player he once was.
Guardiola’s constricting system looks to have clashed directly with the chaotic nature that made Grealish so effective at Villa, who offered him the freedom in attack.
Now, the 29-year-old is looking to rediscover that earlier form, with his place in Thomas Tuchel’s 2026 England World Cup squad at risk.

Everton could provide the perfect destination for Grealish to do just that, with David Moyes keen to add creativity and quality to his team.
And according to Alan Myers (11 August), a potential deal is quickly gathering momentum.
The Toffees are pushing hard and Grealish is open to the move, with a loan deal worth £15m edging closer.
The England international could even make his debut in Everton’s Premier League opener away at Leeds United.
Where would Grealish fit in at Everton?
Much of Grealish’s most impressive form has come from the left wing, with the midfielder often allowed to drift inside to conduct play from the centre.
That would seem to directly interfere with Iliman Ndiaye, but the two could create an exciting partnership.
The 25-year-old enjoys a similar role for Everton and could be deployed from a more central position to interlink with Grealish, or vice versa.
That would see two players, both prone to carrying the ball and creating chances, linking up behind new Everton man Barry, with the Toffees set to benefit enormously from the increased movement.
