Jack Grealish and ‘powerful’ ace – Which Everton players could make debuts vs Leeds United
Everton are days away from their new Premier League campaign starting.
David Moyes has overseen multiple new signings over the summer, with Jack Grealish becoming the latest.
The Manchester City star has arrived at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on loan with the option to buy for £50million.
However, there are plenty of other players that the Everton fanbase will be excited to see ahead of their trip to Elland Road on Monday.
As a result, Goodison News has analysed which players are likely to make their competitive Toffees debuts against Leeds United.

Jack Grealish and Thierno Barry nailed on to start vs Leeds
On top of Grealish, another one of Everton’s key signings this summer is Thierno Barry.
The striker joined the Toffees from Villarreal for £34.4m, looking to replace the hole left by Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s departure.
Described as “strong” and “difficult to stop” by AS on 4 October 2024, it is no doubt a great signing by Moyes.

With Barry already starting in Everton’s last friendly against Roma, this is likely to continue on Monday.
On top of this, despite Grealish’s only recent arrival, the winger will surely start to help inject some creativity into the starting XI.
However, there are plenty of other players who are likely to make their debuts against Daniel Farke’s side.

David Moyes to hand out several debuts vs Leeds United
So far this summer, Everton have signed six first-team players.
On top of Grealish and Barry, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall signed for the Toffees from Chelsea.
Carlos Alcaraz also made a permanent switch to Everton. However, the midfielder already made his debut for the Toffees in the last campaign.
Adam Aznou may also be given his Everton debut after Vitaliy Mykolenko’s recent knock.
- Jack Grealish – Almost definitely
- Thierno Barry – Almost definitely
- Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall – Almost definitely
- Adam Aznou – Likely
- Mark Travers – Highly unlikely
However, it appears extremely unlikely that Mark Travers will play a part against Everton over Jordan Pickford.
