Everton want to sign another striker as bargain Bojang transfer now on cards
Everton are now looking at the possible signing of Stade de Reims star Adama Bojang.
David Moyes has Beto and Thierno Barry as his senior striking options, and there is a feeling that the Blues need more firepower.
The Scotsman wants to break into the top half of the Premier League this season, and the Friedkin Group needs to back him for that aim to become a reality.
Jack Grealish has already arrived as a marquee signing, but more flair is needed in the final third.

Everton enter Bojang race as bargain fee revealed
Moyes still needs fresh impetus in attacking areas at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, and the Gambian could fit the bill.
Guardian journalist Ed Aarons claimed on 18 August that Everton want to sign Bojang but face competition from West Ham and Royal Antwerp.
He stated that the 21-year-old forward would be available for between £2.5million to £4m, which would be a bargain fee in the current market.
Who is Everton target Bojang?
Bojang started his career with Steve Biko FC in his native country before moving to Reims in 2023.
He has featured 13 times for the French outfit’s first team and notched eight goals in eight matches for their B team.
The young star spent last season on loan with Grasshopper Zurich, scoring six goals and notching two assists in 27 matches.
| Club | Matches | Goals |
| Reims | 13 | 0 |
| Reims B | 8 | 8 |
| Grasshopper | 27 | 6 |
He would not be the most exciting addition for the Toffees, as his record in Switzerland does not suggest that he is ready for the English top-flight.
The Blues need a consistent goalscorer who can do it at the elite level, and he is definitely not that, judging by the figures he has produced so far in his career.
Moyes already has one high-potential striker, who he will have to mould into a superstar in Barry; he does not need another work in progress.
If the Merseysiders are targeting the top half, they need the finished article, rather than a player who will need time to adapt to his new surroundings and has no guarantee of being a success.
He may be a bargain, but Everton need a better option.
