Everton deal sheets to be submitted to Premier League within minutes
Everton have had a busy deadline day so far as David Moyes looks to make the final changes to his squad.
The Toffees have been linked to multiple players throughout the window, and now, time is running out to get deals finalised.
Moyes has been keen on a new midfielder at Everton since Abdoulaye Doucoure left Merseyside.
However, if the Toffees are set to complete all of their transfer business, they may have to submit deal sheets to the Premier League.

Everton set to submit three deal sheets amid Merlin Rohl agreement
Everton are yet to finalise multiple deals in the transfer window despite the 7pm deadline.
Merlin Rohl looks set to move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium on loan, but time is running out to confirm the midfielder.
As a result, according to Liverpool Echo on 1 September, a deal sheet may have to be submitted by the Toffees.
- Everton have reached a late agreement to sign Rohl
- The midfielder is set to join on loan with the option to buy
- Rohl impressed with German’s Under 21s in the European Championship this summer
A deal sheet allows a club to confirm that an agreement has been reached and also gives themselves more time to submit the remaining documentation.
However, if sent, Everton will only have until 9pm to submit all of the required paperwork or the transfer will not be able to proceed.
On top of Rohl, Harrison Armstrong is expected to join Preston on loan.
Youssef Chermiti is also set to sign for Rangers, meaning three deal sheets will have to be submitted to the Premier League within minutes to beat the 7pm deadline if they haven’t been sent already.

David Moyes set for a successful deadline day
If all the proposed deals go through, it will no doubt be a successful deadline day for Moyes.
The Scotsman will finally have hold of a midfielder, with Rohl having the potential to be a real coup for the Toffees.
On top of this, the fact that Everton are set to get £10million for Chermiti is incredible, with the striker yet to score a goal at the Merseyside club.
Hopefully, all of these deals will now be confirmed in the coming hours.
