Everton star in shock snub as Jack Grealish gets recognition for what he has done
Everton have no doubt ended August on a high going into the international break.
A successful summer transfer window saw nine players come in, with Merlin Rohl signing for Everton on deadline day.
On top of this, the Toffees were equally successful on the pitch, with Everton’s 3-2 victory over Wolves, sending the Merseyside club up to fifth in the table.
As a result, Jack Grealish has been heavily praised for his performances at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, already registering four Premier League assists.

Jack Grealish named in WhoScored Team of the Month
Given Grealish’s form, the England international has been continuously raved about throughout the month.
The winger dominated both Brighton and Wolves last month, ensuring the Toffees picked up victories in both matches.
As a result, WhoScored announced on X on 2 September that Grealish had been named in the Team of the Month for August.
This comes as little surprise. However, James Garner will no doubt be fuming to be left out of the side.
The midfielder has been excellent so far this season, and even netted a goal against Brighton, despite playing out of position in the majority of his minutes.

According to Fotmob on 3 September, the 24-year-old has multiple outstanding stats, including a 100 per cent tackle rate.
Therefore, it seems baffling that Garner was left out of the side, especially when players such as Lucas Paqueta got in, with the midfielder on the receiving end of two heavy defeats at West Ham.
James Garner set to have massive year with Everton
There is no doubt that Garner has massive potential at Everton and has every chance to become a top player, better than he already is.
Therefore, if the midfielder continues his run of form, it could easily be a massive year for him.
In this campaign, the 24-year-old faces a real fight to get into the Everton side, especially with the addition of Rohl.
However, this could prove to get the best out of the midfielder, with Garner and Rohl competing for the final spot in the starting XI.
