David Moyes to green-light summer signing exit after tragic display in Everton defeat vs Wolves
Everton crashed out of the Carabao Cup in the third round on Tuesday to Wolves.
David Moyes made multiple changes at Molineux as he looked to give opportunities to numerous players.
However, this did not go to plan, with few impressing in the 2-0 defeat.
Thierno Barry and Dwight McNeil were particularly poor for Everton in a shocking display against out-of-form Wolves.
However, plenty of others struggled on a frustrating day.

Tyler Dibling fails to impress vs Wolves
Coming into Everton for a deal worth £42million, Tyler Dibling is hoped to be the next big thing at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The 19-year-old impressed for Southampton last season despite their relegation, and is believed to have plenty of potential.
However, against Wolves, Dibling was poor and failed to break down a defence that hadn’t kept a clean sheet until Tuesday.
According to Sofascore on 23 September, the winger was particularly poor at dribbling, completing only two of six, while also losing numerous duels.

Therefore, it was clear that Dibling is not ready for regular first-team football at Everton, and with the Toffees now out of the cup, he may struggle for opportunities.
In January, Moyes must look to loan out Dibling, preferably to another Premier League side.
Here, he could receive minutes in the top-flight while not having to compete with Iliman Ndiaye or Jack Grealish for a starting spot.
Hopefully, this can help him adapt to the standards required quickly, ready for the 2026/27 campaign.

David Moyes’ summer signings hit and miss so far at Everton
Moyes’ nine summer signings have been hit and miss so far. While Everton have had successes such as Grealish, they have also signed players like Barry.
While some players may need extra time to adapt to the system, as it stands, there appear to be multiple flops from Moyes’ spending spree.
Hopefully, these players can prove themselves over the coming months and show why the Scotsman wanted them at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
With struggling West Ham up next, it is the perfect opportunity to silence the critics for many in Everton’s squad and return the Toffees to winning ways.
