Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall baffled as Everton star takes aim at referee after West Ham draw
Everton’s 1-1 draw against West Ham was far from pleasing, with the Toffees once again failing to pick up a victory.
David Moyes’ side were solid in the first half, and were deservedly ahead thanks to Michael Keane’s header.
However, the second period was a different story, with West Ham getting back into the game through Jarrod Bowen, and were deserving of the point.
While there were many negatives of the display, including Beto’s performance for Everton, but the blow to Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall was perhaps the worst.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: Refereeing decision hard to take against West Ham
Dewsbury Hall has been fantastic for Everton since signing in the summer.
The midfielder has made an instant impact under Moyes, and quickly asserted himself as a star player.
However, one issue with Dewsbury-Hall at Everton has been his discipline, with the Toffees star going into the West Ham match with four yellow cards.
Now, this has seemingly come back to haunt Everton, with the former Chelsea star getting his fifth yellow for his reaction after a tackle on Kyle Walker-Peters.
- Dewsbury-Hall is set to miss the Crystal Palace match
- The midfielder has picked up a one-match ban for five yellow cards in the Premier League
- The Everton star is clearly unhappy about the decision
As a result, Dewsbury-Hall has now picked up a one-match suspension and is set to miss the home match against Crystal Palace on the weekend.
However, the midfielder was clearly far from happy with his decision, taking to X on 29 September to react to the news.
He said: “Forgive me if I’m wrong, and I might be, but some of these decisions are so hard to take. Mind boggling.”

Dewsbury-Hall will be a miss in Everton vs Crystal Palace
There is no doubt that Crystal Palace is going to be a tough game for Everton.
The Eagles are flying at the moment in the Premier League, and are yet to lose this season.
Therefore, Moyes will have hoped to field a full-strength team on the weekend, something that clearly is no longer going to happen.
Hopefully, Dewsbury-Hall’s suspension does not come back to haunt the Toffees at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
