Everton to ‘go all out’ in January for David Moyes on one condition after summer transfer chaos
Everton still have work to do on the transfer front despite spending heavily this summer.
Everton spent approximately £113million on new players, bringing in the likes of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Thierno Barry into Finch Farm.
They also signed Jack Grealish on a season-long loan, and he has lit up the Hill Dickinson Stadium so far in his time with the Toffees.
Angus Kinnear had provided details on Everton’s transfer plans, but a new update might encourage supporters.

Everton will be willing to fork out in the transfer market
Everton’s squad still needs work in terms of new additions, if David Moyes is to achieve his goal of qualifying for European football.
BBC journalist Giulia Bould claimed that the Blues will be willing to spend when the transfer market reopens if the right player is around, as targets will be more willing to join, without the chaos behind the scenes that has hampered them.
Speaking on 10 October, she said: “Without Europe, it has been tough for the Toffees to land targets, not to mention some players have been put off by the chaos that went on until recently.
“I don’t see Everton doing loads of business in January, but if the right player at the right price is available, they will go all out for them.”

What areas will Everton target in the transfer window?
Surely, striker will be the number one area for improvement for Moyes and Co, as Thierno Barry and Beto are misfiring in front of goal.
The duo have just two goals between them this season, with the new man failing to get on the scoresheet in nine games for the Blues, and the Guinea-Bissau man also struggling, as the Sofascore graphic below shows.

Another area that they could strengthen is at right-back, where Jake O’Brien, naturally a centre-back, is the starting option.
Nathan Patterson and Seamus Coleman are the backups for the Irish international, but they are injury-prone and cannot be relied on to step up at the moment.
The Toffees are well balanced in other areas, but they may choose to bring in even more reinforcements across the pitch to further enhance their chances of a top-half finish.
The reports that the owners are willing to give the Scotsman the funds that he needs to improve his squad is a good sign, and Toffees fans should look forward to the winter window.
If they invest once again, there is no reason why Moyes and Co. cannot reach their ambitions at the end of the campaign.
