Dusan Vlahovic to Everton claim emerges as bargain transfer on cards

Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic may be the answer as David Moyes looks for a reliable number nine at Everton.

Beto has been a letdown at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, with the Guinea-Bissau international missing some glorious opportunities to score in recent matches.

Thierno Barry is also struggling to settle in the Premier League, but the French youngster will undoubtedly need time to do so.

It’s clear that the Blues need a new attacking outlet, having scored just nine goals in the Premier League this season, and The Friedkin Group (TFG) could potentially pull off another masterstroke.

Don Hutchison tips Dusan Vlahovic transfer to Everton

Don Hutchison believes someone like Vlahovic could be a great addition to the Toffees’ squad.

With the Serbia international’s contract at the Allianz Stadium coming to an end in the summer of 2026, the former midfielder has suggested his move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium as a free agent.

Tottenham and Aston Villa are the other teams the ESPN FC pundit suggested as potential destinations for the 25-year-old.

Responding to a Spurs fan’s complaints about their attacking woes, Hutchison wrote on X on 29 October: “Vlahovic on a free mate? He’d be great for Spurs, Everton, Villa, mate.”

Ivan Toney has been linked with a move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium, but it remains to be seen whether the Merseyside outfit can afford the Englishman, who will surely be earning a hefty wage at Al-Ahli right now.

The Toffees undoubtedly need to fix their issues up front as they look to compete for a European spot in the Premier League this season.

Dan Friedkin was able to pull off a surprising deal for Jack Grealish in the summer, with the England international signing on loan from Manchester City.

TFG have shown their ambitions at Everton and have a proven track record of getting big deals done at Roma.

Vlahovic’s record at Juventus this season

With the American owners’ likely connections in Italy, a move for Vlahovic may not be far-fetched, as the striker has proven his reliability by scoring 16 goals in 40 international appearances for Serbia.

If the Blues can convince Grealish to move to L4, then they can certainly give the Juventus striker something to think about once his contract expires.
