Everton will be terrified after another miserable omen emerges ahead of Sunderland clash
Everton are looking to get back to winning ways against Sunderland on Monday evening.
Everton were hammered 3-0 by Tottenham last time out, and they will be hoping to bounce back against the Black Cats.
Meanwhile, Regis Le Bris’ side continued to light up the Premier League, with a comeback win over Chelsea, which took them to fourth place in the table.
Everton are expected to have enough to overcome Sunderland, but their recent record against them may provide concern.

Everton have a miserable recent away record against Sunderland
Moyes has a great record against Sunderland as a manager, but the Blues have been poor when travelling to face the Black Cats recently.
Everton have not lost back-to-back games against promoted sides since the 2021-22 season, but there is a risk that they could do so after the opening day defeat to Leeds.
The Blues have won just two of their last eight visits to Wearside, with four draws and two losses in that time, another miserable reveal, that will leave Moyes panicking.
The victories were a 3-0 win in the FA Cup quarter-finals in March 2012 and a 3-0 league win in September 2016.

Who will miss the contest for Everton?
Everton have two injury issues heading into the contest, with no fresh issues reported by Moyes in his pre-match press conference.
Jarrad Branthwaite is absent after undergoing surgery on a hamstring issue that he suffered in pre-season, and Nathan Patterson will miss the clash too.
The Scotsman admitted there were a few knocks and bruises after the defeat to Spurs, but did not outright rule anyone else out of contention.
Therefore, Moyes will be confident that his side can pick up all three points and end their miserable run away to the Mackems.
They need to put an end to a run of just one win in seven, and get their season back on track, before it is too late.
Right now, the Toffees are nowhere near the relegation battle, but that could all change if they continue on the path that they are currently treading.
The Blues cannot afford another negative result on the road when they face Le Bris’ side, but their record record is definitely a negative omen.
