Tyler Dibling tipped for Southampton return in January as ‘questionable’ Everton claim shared
Tyler Dibling could be on his way out of Everton as soon as January.
The youngster only moved to the Hill Dickinson Stadium in the summer, but he has struggled badly to have an impact for his new club so far this season.
Everton splashed out £40million to sign Dibling back in August, but he has played just a handful of minutes for the Merseysiders in their opening 10 Premier League games.
David Moyes is blessed with some quality options in the wide areas, but there are growing concerns that Dibling is being wasted at the moment.

Tyler Dibling tipped to leave Everton on loan in January
Dibling has been starved of football at Everton since his move in the summer, and pressure is building on Moyes to give the starlet an opportunity.
The winger has played just 62 minutes of Premier League football since his move to the North West, and he was an unused substitute again for Monday night’s draw with Sunderland, despite the injury to Iliman Ndiaye in the second half.
The 19-year-old caught the eye for Southampton last season, despite their ill-fated campaign, but he hasn’t really had the chance to prove himself on Merseyside so far.
With that in mind, ex-Everton scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – believes that Dibling could be in line for a loan move in the January window, and potentially even a return to his boyhood club.
“I see a loan coming on here,” King said.
“I would say somewhere in the top half of the Championship. Maybe he could even go back to Southampton. He’s a young player, and it would be a learning curve. They’ve got to sort games out for him somewhere, and he doesn’t seem likely to get them at Everton.
“I think it was very questionable when they brought him in. He’s a young boy, and if you’re going to pay that kind of money for a player of that age, then you’ve got to be looking for him to go straight into the team.
“If he’s what Everton think he is, then he should certainly have had more than 62 minutes.”
Tyler Dibling has to seize chance presented by Iliman Ndiaye injury
Ndiaye is a doubt for Everton’s clash with Fulham on Saturday, as he continues to recover from the injury he sustained at Sunderland.
The Senegal international’s issue is not thought to be a serious one, but it could still be enough for Moyes to opt for a different option from the start this weekend.
Dwight McNeil was preferred to Dibling from the bench on Monday, but with the former Burnley man having not started a senior game since 23 September, this may be the youngster’s time to shine.
If Dibling is handed the chance to impress against Fulham, then he simply has to seize the opportunity with both hands, as that is the only way that he will be able to convince Moyes that he is ready for a bigger role.
