Chris Sutton shares sympathy for David Moyes as Everton vs Fulham prediction made
Everton play host to Fulham this weekend, with hopes of finding their form.
Pressure is starting to creep up on David Moyes, with the Toffees having won just one of their last eight encounters in all competitions.
Everton’s 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at the start of October remains their only victory in that period, sparking concern over the direction of the Merseysiders.
Fulham travel to the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Saturday, with both sides in desperate need of a win to kickstart their campaign.

Everton’s lack of goals is a major concern
Thierno Barry started Everton’s 1-1 draw with Sunderland, and after he missed a golden opportunity from a few yards out, it did nothing but amplify their concerns in front of goal.
Everton have scored 10 from their 10 fixtures, which is the second-worst attacking record in the Premier League before you reach the bottom five.
In his predictions via BBC Sport, Sutton shared these concerns and explained how he feels for Moyes given the situation at hand.
“Everton were superb in the first half hour against Sunderland”, Sutton said.
“Had Thierno Barry not ballooned his shot over the bar from close range at 1-0, they would have gone on to win that game.
“Instead, it was another reminder they are missing a top-class centre-forward. I feel sorry for Toffees boss David Moyes because Beto has also missed so many wonderful opportunities that his side have created this season.

“That makes this a really tough game to predict. I don’t think there are going to be loads of goals in it, and I can see it ending up in another draw.“
Sutton went on to predict a 1-1 draw on Merseyside, which is a result that would benefit neither team, given their current form.
Everton vs Fulham head-to-head
Despite these two sides being among the established Premier League teams, they haven’t actually faced off against each other that often.
Dating back to 1926, there have been 72 encounters, with the Toffees having the last laugh on more occasions than Fulham
Everton have won 32, while Saturday’s visitors have won 24.
With that said, Fulham have lost just one of their last eight meetings with Everton, with four wins over that period.
That was back in May, when goals from Vitaliy Mykolenko, Michael Keane and Beto scored to secure a 3-1 win for Everton at Craven Cottage.
