David Moyes must give forgotten Everton forward a chance vs Fulham, it’s not Carlos Alcaraz
David Moyes simply needs to switch his attack up against Fulham.
Everton will host Fulham in the Premier League on Saturday, as Moyes is still struggling with squad issues.
The Toffees will be hoping to bounce back after drawing last time out in the league against Sunderland in a game which the Blues were dominating at first.
Moyes has shared a positive update on Iliman Ndiaye, however, one key decision still needs to be made.
There have been calls for Carlos Alcaraz to start from Everton fans, but Moyes actually has someone else that everyone seems to have forgotten about.
David Moyes needs to give Dwight McNeil a chance
Beto and Thierno Barry continue to struggle for Everton, as Moyes now needs to start Ndiaye up against the Cottagers.
Ndiaye showed his finishing ability against Sunderland, and playing him as the number nine will allow for one man to come back into the side.
That person is Dwight McNeil – not Alcaraz.

Since Moyes arrived, McNeil has hardly had a chance to impress; however, his stats from last season show just how effective he is.
Moyes needs to play Ndiaye up top and make room for McNeil on the right wing.
McNeil could be forced out of Everton
There have been links about McNeil potentially leaving Everton in the summer, as Moyes clearly does not want to give the consistent winger a single chance.
The head coach’s treatment of McNeil has been unfair and unjustified, with the forward only making three league appearances this season.
Everton’s defence is solid, and probably always will be so long as Moyes is at the club. However, he would not harm changing his attacking options once in a while.
Fulham are by no means an easy pushover, but if ever there was a game to play McNeil, it’s this one.
If he doesn’t get a chance on Saturday, it will further show just how little time McNeil has left as a Toffee.
