Chris Sutton makes bold Beto claim as Man United vs Everton prediction revealed
Everton head to Manchester United on Monday Night Football, and Chris Sutton has offered his prediction for the clash.
It’s been almost 12 years since the Toffees last claimed victory at Old Trafford, as Bryan Oviedo’s winner famously condemned David Moyes to defeat.
But there is growing confidence that the Merseyside outfit can end that winless run, with even Ruben Amorim praising Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye and Jack Grealish.
Everton beat Fulham 2-0 before the international break, thanks to goals from Michael Keane and Idrissa Gueye, while Man United were held to a 2-2 draw by Tottenham.

Chris Sutton predicts Man United to beat Everton
Ahead of the showdown at Old Trafford, many are forecasting the hosts to continue their unbeaten run in this fixture.
Opta’s Supercomputer has predicted Man United to beat Everton on November 24, seeing the likes of Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha as too powerful for the visitors.

Former Norwich City striker Chris Sutton also agrees that Amorim’s men will edge out the Toffees 1-0, although he did admit the out-of-form Beto will stay in his fantasy team.
“David Moyes will make things difficult for United on his return to Old Trafford and his side will be resilient as usual, but I don’t think they will hold out,” Sutton wrote in his BBC Sport column.
“If Everton had a goalscoring number nine then the outcome would be more in doubt but I don’t see them causing United problems at the other end of the pitch, either.
“I am keeping Beto in my Fantasy team, because you can guarantee that if I took him out he would start this game and score, but – with Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha – United carry far more of a threat.”
How Everton can beat Man United
Moyes will be desperate to get one over his opposite number this weekend, with an opportunity to break a 12-year record in the process.

Although United are joint-fourth in the rankings for goals scored, they are the seventh-worst for expected goals conceded with 16.83.
That is where Everton’s threat on the counterattack will influence the outcome of this contest, seeing Ndiaye potentially dominate against Luke Shaw and Patrick Dorgu down the right.
Ndiaye is the talisman for Moyes’ side, whilst Grealish is the chief creator on the opposite flank. If the two can combine with their qualities in transition, there’s every chance all three points will return to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
