Everton become first side in Premier League history to achieve astonishing feat vs Manchester United
Everton are the first Premier League side ever to win at Old Trafford while being down to 10 players after their 1-0 victory over Manchester United on Monday.
It was a chaotic start for the Toffees, with Seamus Coleman being forced off with an injury after being rewarded with his first league start of the season.
However, from here it would only get worse for David Moyes’ side as Idrissa Gueye was sent off for Everton after slapping Michael Keane just 13 minutes in.
Yet, the Toffees would go ahead thanks to a fantastic Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall strike, which would prove to be the only goal of the game.
Now, it has been confirmed that Everton have made history.

Everton first-ever Premier League side to win at Old Trafford with 10 players
Gueye’s red card for Everton was no doubt stupid.
Even before his sending off, Sofascore on 24 November shows that the midfielder was already having an off day.

However, Gueye’s red card has helped Everton create Premier League history.
According to BBC Sport on 24 November, the Toffees are the first ever team to win at Old Trafford having had a player sent off in the Premier League.
Previously, Man United are unbeaten in 46 incidents of this occurring, drawing 10 and winning the other 36 matches.
However, thanks to the efforts of Dewsbury-Hall and Jordan Pickford, Everton picked up a historic win.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: It was a rollercoaster game
One of the best players on the pitch was no doubt Dewsbury-Hall.
The attacking midfielder has been sensational since his move to Everton, and arguably had his best performance yet against Man United.
His goal was exquisitely taken and was worthy of winning any game of football.
OUTSTANDING from Dewsbury-Hall!

As a result, Sky Sports on 24 November spoke to the Englishman at full-time to get his thoughts on the match.
He said: “It was a rollercoaster game. I will sleep well tonight, put it that way. I’m so genuinely happy for the lads considering how hard they all worked.
“It was a fantastic performance where we just gritted away, got a goal and showed that spirit. I’m so thankful we got all three points.”
On his goal, he commented: “I found myself in a little pocket, Jimmy [James Garner] found me and I thought to myself that I was going to swing it on my right.
“I can’t say I’ve done that many times on my right foot. I didn’t even know I had that in my locker, but I’ll take it.”
