Bournemouth vs Everton team news as three players suspended for Premier League showdown
Everton face Bournemouth on Tuesday evening and are looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League.
On Saturday, Everton were beaten 4-1 by Newcastle United, with a Malick Thiaw brace and goals from Lewis Miley and Nick Woltemade ensuring the Magpies secured all three points.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall managed to net a late consolation for David Moyes’ side, but it was still a disappointing evening at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Everton have dropped down to 14th in the Premier League table as a result of the defeat, with 18 points from their 13 games so far this season.

Bournemouth missing three key players for Everton visit
On Tuesday, Everton make the long trip down to Bournemouth to take on Andoni Iraola’s side at the Vitality Stadium, giving them the perfect chance to put the Newcastle defeat behind them.
The Cherries have just one point from their last four Premier League games, with Moyes’ side hoping to take advantage of their poor run of form.
Everton have received several big boosts ahead of the clash, with Lewis Cook, Marcos Senesi, and David Brooks all suspended for the hosts.
Cook was sent off in the dying moments of Bournemouth’s 3-2 defeat at Sunderland on Saturday, with both Senesi and Brooks reaching the yellow card threshold for the season.
Senesi’s absence is likely to be the biggest problem for Iraola’s side, as the Argentine has missed just 12 minutes of Premier League football so far in 2025-26.

Everton have poor record against Bournemouth
Despite their suspensions, Bournemouth are still favourites to beat Everton, and that may have something to do with their recent record against the Toffees.
The Cherries have won their last five games against the Merseyside outfit, going back to October 2023.
In even worse news for Toffees fans, Everton have not recorded a win at the Vitality Stadium in almost 10 years.
Since their last victory there back in 2016, Bournemouth have won seven of the eight matches between the pair on the south coast.
Moyes will be hoping that his side can go against recent history on Tuesday night and secure a much-needed three points.
