Everton and Manchester City have Jack Grealish agreement but one twist revealed
Everton could ask Manchester City questions about their deal for Jack Grealish.
Grealish signed on loan for Everton in the summer and has gone on to be a valuable addition for David Moyes’ side.
The Englishman played a key role as Everton secured a 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest, despite not getting on the scoresheet.
That wasn’t the case away to Bournemouth, where Grealish netted the winner and showcased his passion with a fiery celebration.
The Toffees faithful are keen to keep hold of Grealish permanently at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, but that all depends on an agreement with Manchester City.

Everton have permanent deal agreed for Jack Grealish
Everton agreed to pay a portion of Grealish’s wage to bring the attacking midfielder to Merseyside from the Etihad in the last transfer window.
The 30-year-old was met with high levels of excitement and expectation in L4 and has lived up to all that so far in blue.

The loan star has already contributed to six goals in the Premier League and will be confident of adding to that tally further in the coming months.
When the campaign ends, there will be questions to answer over Grealish’s future and whether he will join Everton permanently.
Alan Nixon reported on 7 December via his Patreon that Everton and Manchester City already have a £50million agreement in place for the transfer of the Englishman.

This isn’t a mandatory deal for the Toffees, and there is a possibility that the fee could drop as low as £30m in the summer.
City are planning for a mass exodus of sales, and that desperation could open Grealish up to a move as a fee in the region of £30m, which is likely to pique rivals’ interest.
Everton must not rush into Grealish transfer decision
Grealish loves playing under Moyes, and that is reflected in his form so far this season.
Even with that being the case, there still has to be thought over spending such a sizable figure on a 30-year-old in the summer.
It may be hard to find someone as good as the City star for that price, but with Tyler Dibling, the Toffees may have an ideal alternative ready and waiting.
That £30m may be better spent elsewhere if the Goodison club look to improve their entire squad ready for next season.
