Manchester City settlement mooted with Jack Grealish after £12m reveal ahead of Everton transfer
Everton could wait on a settlement with Manchester City before making a permanent move for Jack Grealish.
Grealish could make a switch to Everton in the summer as a departure from the Etihad Stadium looks increasingly likely.
The Toffees faithful have fallen in love with the Englishman after Grealish joined Everton on loan in the last transfer window.
Grealish netted Everton’s winner against Bournemouth as he continues to have a telling impact on performances on Merseyside.
The attacking midfielder has another half a season remaining on his loan deal, but a permanent move to L4 could be on the cards for Grealish if Man City can agree on a financial resolution.

Manchester City must reach settlement with Jack Grealish
Monetary issues may become clear in a permanent swoop for Grealish due to his inflated wages after a £100million move to City in 2021.
The 30-year-old became the expensive English player of all time when he left Aston Villa, before Declan Rice went on to join Arsenal.
If Everton are to bring Grealish in permanently, they will need to reach financial agreements with both the player and Man City.
Former scout Bryan King has suggested that the Sky Blues will also have remaining wages to pay out and will need to reach a settlement before the Englishman can move on.

Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, King said: “If Bayern Munich will spend £100m on Harry Kane and he’s 32.
“The main thing that Jack [Grealish] has done is lifted the supporters because he’s happy.
“He needed an arm around his shoulder and somebody to give him a bit of confidence back, and that’s what David Moyes does well.
“I could see that becoming a permanent move, and I could also see discussions about the fee between £30m and £40m before they restructure his wages.
“I think he just wants to play football and has a sniff of the World Cup, so I’m sure a deal will be struck.

“You’ve got to think how much he’s earned in four years at Manchester City, he’ll still be on a very good contract at Everton, don’t worry about that.
“He’s going to be on anywhere between £10-12m a year. If he’s got 18 months left on his deal, he’ll still be owed by Man City, and that settlement could come into the wage structure at Everton.“
Everton may be priced out of Grealish deal
The Toffees may face financial restrictions in upcoming transfer windows that could halt their progress to bring Grealish in permanently.
That will especially be the case if Man City are to hold out for a larger transfer fee to help cover the Englishman’s remaining wages.
If his form continues for the Goodison club, there are likely to be high-profile clubs on the lookout, something that certainly won’t benefit Everton.
