David Moyes will be fearing the worst for Everton vs Chelsea as horrible stat emerges
Everton could make it five wins in six games against Chelsea on Saturday as they travel to Stamford Bridge.
The Toffees have moved up to seventh in the Premier League after a superb run of form, and they are just one point behind Enzo Maresca’s side, who sit fifth.
Last time out, Everton recorded an emphatic 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest, giving former manager Sean Dyche a disappointing return to the blue half of Merseyside.
Nikola Milenkovic headed into his own net early on, before Thierno Barry notched his first goal for the club, with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall wrapping up the points late on.
Everton have a horrific record at Chelsea
Everton will be going into their game against Chelsea full of confidence, but will need to end a longstanding record if they are going to secure all three points in West London.
The Toffees have not won at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League for 31 years, with their last victory there coming back in 1994.
Glenn Hoddle was in charge of Chelsea that day, and Paul Rideout scored the only goal for Everton in a 1-0 win.

David Moyes’ side will hope they can be the ones to buck the trend at Stamford Bridge and really put their names in the conversation as challengers for Europe.
Everton can end 31-year wait for away win at Chelsea
While Everton come into the contest in red-hot form, Chelsea have not tasted victory in their last three games.
Maresca’s side managed a good point at home to Arsenal, but were then beaten by Leeds United and held to a goalless draw away at Bournemouth.
Defensively, Chelsea have looked very shaky at times this season, with the likes of Tosin Adarabioyo and Benoit Badiashile failing to impress.
Everton must ensure that they take advantage of this weakness, using the abilities of Dewsbury-Hall, Iliman Ndiaye, and Jack Grealish to pile on the pressure.
A win at Stamford Bridge would take Moyes’ side above Chelsea in the Premier League table and give them a huge boost going into the Christmas period.
