Chelsea vs Everton: Nine could miss out on Premier League clash amid injury and suspension latest
Everton and Chelsea will both have several absentees when they meet on Saturday afternoon.
Everton are looking to end a miserable away record against Chelsea when they travel to Stamford Bridge on 13 December.
David Moyes‘ side have won four of their last five matches in the Premier League, and will be hoping to continue that form against the London outfit.
Both sides have injury problems and could be missing key players for the contest.

Who could miss Chelsea vs Everton?
Cole Palmer missed training ahead of Chelsea’s Champions League loss to Atalanta, but he is expected to play against the Toffees.
Moises Caicedo will serve the final match of his suspension, and Enzo Maresca will be missing the likes of Liam Delap, Levi Colwill, Dario Essugo and Romeo Lavia.
Wesley Fofana could also be out after leaving the field at half-time against the Italians, and Maresca confirmed that he had an eye injury.
Speaking in his post-match press duties, he said: “Wes has a problem with his eye. In this moment, it’s quite bad and he is struggling to see a little bit, but hopefully he can be available for Saturday.”
Everton are expected to be missing Jarrad Branthwaite, Seamus Coleman and Merlin Rohl for the Stamford Bridge clash.
Why Everton should be confident of victory vs Chelsea
Everton have been on a resounding run of form under Moyes lately, and they have every chance of beating Maresca’s side.
The Blues have won their last two away games by a 1-0 scoreline, against Manchester United and Bournemouth, and could match a record they last set in December 2008, if they do the same on Saturday.
They should believe that they can secure victory, as Chelsea have much bigger problems that they do, especially given Caicedo’s absence.
The Ecuador star is arguably the best midfielder in the top-flight, and his influence will be a huge miss for the hosts.
Fofana and Colwill are probably the best centre-backs at the club, so they will also be devastating absences for Maresca and Co.
Therefore, Moyes and his side should go into the clash with confidence that they can keep the good times rolling on the blue half of Merseyside.
