Everton told how to get permanent Jack Grealish deal done as £50m twist revealed
Everton have been told to pay £50million if they want to ensure they secure the services of Jack Grealish next season.
The winger has been magnificent since he joined the Toffees on loan from Manchester City.
The signing is no doubt one of the best in the Premier League this season, with the England international already having six goal contributions in 15 matches.
As a result, there is speculation surrounding whether Everton will make Grealish’s stay a permanent one, especially given the high cost of the transfer.

Everton need to pay £50m to secure Jack Grealish’s services
Everton do have an option to buy Grealish for £50m at the end of his loan deal.
However, this price tag is seen as particularly high, especially as it would be for an attacker who is set to turn 31 years old next season.
As a result, Moyes has indicated that Everton would have to alter the price tag if they wanted to sign Grealish, with finances being an issue.
- Everton have the option to sign Grealish for £50m in the summer
- However, Moyes has indicated this fee may be too much for Everton
- Therefore, the Toffees may have to negotiate the price tag down
Yet, this runs the risk of other clubs potentially hijacking the deal, something that seems possible given his form.
Therefore, when asked if paying the £50m would avoid this scenario, finance expert Dan Plumley agreed.
He exclusively told Goodison News: “Yes, absolutely. They are in the driving seat, and it will ultimately be their call. The player seems to be enjoying himself as well and seems settled at Everton, so that could carry some weight, too.

“If Everton were to offer that price, though, you would assume there is a good chance of getting that deal done.”
Where would Grealish rank in Everton’s most expensive signings?
If Everton were to pay £50m for Grealish, the deal would be a record signing at the Toffees.
As it stands, the deal to bring Gylfi Sigurdsson to Goodison Park is the record, with the former Swansea City man costing £45m.
Below him is Tyler Dibling, who recently moved from Southampton to Everton for £40m.
Therefore, it is obvious that it would be extremely expensive for Moyes and the Friedkins to sign Grealish permanently at the moment, but the £50m option may be the only way to ensure this happens.
