Jamie Carragher predicts Everton vs Arsenal as injury crisis takes over
Everton take on Arsenal at the Hill Dickinson Stadium this weekend.
Chelsea inflicted a 2-0 defeat on Everton last time out, though a return to home soil is just what the Toffees need in an attempt to get back to winning ways.
David Moyes’ side have lost just twice at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, where they will host Arsenal, who have lost just twice on their travel;s in the Premier League this season.
Ahead of the game, Jamie Carragher has shared his prediction after the latest injury news that has emerged from both camps.

Carragher expects eight-year first in Everton vs Arsenal
Arsenal are favourites for the title this season, while Everton, given that they aren’t at risk of relegation, will be looking to finish as high up the table as they can.
If the Toffees can get a result against the Gunners, it would not only be a shock, but it would give a clear indication as to what the ceiling of this squad truly is, given the injuries they have suffered.
Both Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Jack Grealish are early injury doubts for Everton’s clash with Arsenal, while Mikel Arteta also has some concerns of his own.
However, via Super Six, Carragher expects a comfortable victory for Arsenal, and has predicted them to win 3-1.
He said: “Arsenal don’t look as tight at the back amidst recent injuries,” with Gabriel sidelined until the end of the month.

If his prediction were to come true, it would be the first time Everton have conceded more than twice against Arsenal at home since 2017, when they lost 5-2.
Tyler Dibling could be called upon at Everton after Grealish news
With Iliman Ndiaye set for AFCON duty, there was always a chance that Tylker Dibling would be handed a start for the Toffees.
That likelihood has increased even further after Grealish felt something in his hamstring, which could rule him out of Saturday’s clash.
Dibling has played just 82 minutes of Premier League football for Everton this season, and if he is afforded a chance, he simply needs to grasp it with both hands.
