Beto humiliates Everton after what David Moyes does at Hill Dickinson Stadium
Beto undoubtedly promised David Moyes a false dawn at Everton.
The Guinea-Bissau striker was pivotal to the Scottish manager’s success last season after Sean Dyche was replaced at Goodison Park.
Moyes will now regret letting Dominic Calvert-Lewin leave, with the England international thriving at Leeds United.
Beto and Thierno Barry haven’t been reliable at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, with the Merseyside outfit certainly leaving themselves open to mockery after they decided to trust the former Udinese centre-forward in the summer.

Everton premature to give Beto number nine shirt
Beto was handed the iconic number nine shirt by the Toffees in the summer after he scored seven goals under Moyes last season.
BBC journalist Giulia Bould has revealed the original plan at the Hill Dickinson Stadium was for the Guinea-Bissau international to be the first choice number nine, but that clearly hasn’t worked out.
Barry has been no better than the 27-year-old, with a combined three Premier League goals between the two in the current campaign, which is humiliating.
Writing in BBC Sport on 30 December, Bould said, “The original plan was that Beto would be the first choice. He was given the iconic number nine shirt in the summer and had impressed the manager enough to think he would have enough firepower after scoring seven goals once Moyes returned to the club in January.”
The journalist added, “Fast forward and Beto is on just one goal so far this season, and that came back in August at Wolves.”
Artem Dovbyk is now being targeted at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, with the Merseyside outfit clearly recognising their error in the summer.
David Moyes to forget about quality number nine after latest transfer update
Moyes is expected to get a couple of loan signings at Everton in January, which won’t be welcome news to fans in L4.
Everton are in need of a quality striker in the coming weeks if they hope to have a successful season, and that will arguably require a significant investment from The Friedkin Group.

It would be surprising to see any capable goalscorer arrive at the Merseyside outfit temporarily midway through the season.
The American owners need to be more ambitious at the Toffees, but that may not be the case in the coming weeks.
