Premier Injuries has suggested that the pair will be ruled out at the Hill Dickinson Stadium with a knee and thigh injury, respectively.
Iraola will also be without regular first-team stars Ben Gannon-Doak, Tyler Adams and Julio Soler, who are set to miss the Everton clash.
