Jack Grealish return looks a million miles off as Everton loanee filmed with crutches
Jack Grealish is recovering from a leg injury after undergoing surgery, but any chance of a return this season for Everton now seems out of the question with the winger still on crutches.
After sustaining the injury blow back in January, reports stated that Grealish’s season was likely to be over.
However, Everton fans will have been hoping with the right rehabilitation that the loanee’s recovery could speed up, with him at least returning for the final games of the campaign.
Now, it looks like the Toffees fanbase will have to wait and see if the 30-year-old extends his stay on Merseyside to watch him in the Everton shirt again.
That is because new footage has emerged of Grealish’s recovery from injury, and it seems he is a long way off coming back to the pitch.

New Jack Grealish footage shared by Everton amid injury rehab
In his early months at Everton, Grealish was looking to be one of the signings of the season, which makes his injury a much bigger blow for the Blues.
The 30-year-old had been a key player for David Moyes this campaign and, despite being out of action for two months now, still remains near the top of Everton’s contributors, highlighting his impact.

Everton’s official Instagram shared a video of Grealish meeting fans at Finch Farm on Thursday, with the winger still on crutches following his surgery in early February.
While fans had already learned that Grealish is unlikely to feature again this season, the video only further confirms the bad news.
With the winger still on crutches, he looks a long way off a return to the pitch as it stands.
What is the latest on Grealish staying at Everton?
Alan Myers believes Grealish will return to Everton next season, which would be a significant positive for Moyes’ side.
The Toffees hold a £50million buy option in the current loan deal for the winger, but they are likely to return to the table to discuss a lower fee with Manchester City.

Everton have added leverage heading into the summer window.
Grealish’s deal at the Manchester club is set to expire in 2027, meaning this summer would represent the final chance for Pep Guardiola’s side to recoup some of the £100m spent on him in 2021.
Additionally, Man City are unlikely to want to keep hold of a player who is out of favour and will rarely feature next season. They will seek to remove his wages from their books.
