Everton scouts eye Abdul Fatawu in £20m transfer, he’s already open to a move
Everton could look to sign Abdul Fatawu from Leicester City in the summer.
The Toffees have been on the lookout for a new right winger for a long time, but haven’t got a signing over the line in that position.
Tyrique George came in on loan from Chelsea, but hasn’t worked out as anyone would have hoped, and he looks destined for a Stamford Bridge return.
That will likely see David Moyes and Co. turn their attention to new options in the summer, with the Foxes star likely to be available.
Fatawu is available for a cut-price deal at Leicester City and could be on his way to Hill Dickinson Stadium once the window opens.

Everton scouts have already identified Abdul Fatawu signing
It would usually be a bold move for one of your big attacking signings of the summer to be someone playing for a side potentially destined for League One.
Gary Rowett’s side could face relegation in the coming weeks, but that doesn’t take away from how good Fatawu has been in the Championship.

The Ghana international has been one of the best players in the entire division this campaign, but has struggled off the back of Leicester’s failings.
That may not be enough to put off Everton, with former scout Bryan King mooting a summer move to Merseyside after close work from Moyes’ scouting team.
Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, King said: “At a cut-price, it could be a very good deal for Everton.
“Leicester have been struggling this year, but he’s been putting in performances.

“The Everton scouting staff have been able to identify him as a Premier League-standard player.
“Leicester could go down, and he would be more than happy to get back to the Premier League in the summer.
“It would be a sensible deal.”
Leicester have dropped their £30million asking price for Fatawu, leaving the door open for an L4 switch in the summer.
Fatawu available for a cut-price Leicester City exit
It says a lot that Leicester had a fee of £30m in mind for the Ghanaian despite sitting so lowly in the Championship.
That was always unlikely to sit well with relegation to League One, currently on the agenda and looking increasingly likely at the King Power.

Alan Nixon reported to his Patreon that the Foxes are ready to stray from that fee and may even accept a fee closer to £20m.
Considering Moyes was already interested in his signature previously, and now it seems that Everton scouts want him, a deal seems like a no-brainer.
