Jack Grealish reacts as Merlin Rohl sends new Everton message
Jack Grealish is still showing support for his teammates while out injured, as Merlin Rohl has revealed his gratitude to play with Everton in the Premier League on Instagram.
Rohl has suffered a tough first season at Hill Dickinson Stadium following his loan move from Bundesliga side Freiburg in the summer.
Despite his struggles, the midfielder seems to be in an upbeat mood, with the Toffees set to trigger his buy option when their Premier League status is mathematically confirmed this term.
Grealish was a summer signing that paid off, and Blues fans will be hoping the winger returns to Hill Dickinson like his German team-mate will be doing in just a couple of months.
The winger looks set to miss the rest of the season, but he may play a big part in getting the best out of Rohl for Everton, with this support.

Merlin Rohl sends powerful Everton message
Everton have been left frustrated with some of Rohl’s performances, which David Moyes has truly limited.
That’s not to say the Toffees boss is in the wrong for not giving the player handouts, as starts in this league need to go to those who are deserving of them.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Rohl provided a lengthy message that has been well received by Evertonians online.
The 23-year-old started by expressing his gratitude for the chance to play for the Toffees and to have a chance to impress in the Premier League, but also highlighted his wish for more peace amid ongoing war and political stress.
Grealish was quick to like his post, as was Dwight McNeil, Harrison Armstrong, Jake O’Brien, and more Everton stars.
It’s great to see that his teammates are like-minded and respectful of Rohl’s stance and ambitions.
Why Rohl’s future may depend on where Everton finish
The Toffees resume league action when they take on Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium. It’s a huge game with both the Bees and Moyes’ side in search of a place in a European competition next season.
Everton are currently eighth in the league, which, if things stayed as they were, would see the Blues book their spot in the Europa Conference League.
With that comes an abundance of extra games for Moyes to navigate through, where his options will be utilised more than this season, as injuries always remain an issue.
This could see fringe players like Rohl have more chance to step up, regardless of the competition, and his age means he may only continue to improve in Merseyside.
