Tyler Dibling will feel uncomfortable at Everton as The Friedkin Group eye Leo Scienza
Tyler Dibling and the Friedkin Group are not being painted in the best light as Everton set sights on Southampton’s Leo Scienza.
Dibling, who arrived from Southampton in the summer, has not hit the ground running, finding himself on the outskirts of David Moyes’ plans.
The Scotsman has attempted to pull the quality out of Dibling, urging him to show what he has to offer on multiple occasions.
However, those words have seemingly fallen on deaf ears. The young talent’s future looks in doubt in Merseyside, with a loan move at this stage potentially being the best of all involved.
Dibling’s transfer to Everton looks even more like a failure as the Toffees register interest in Scienza.

Why the Friedkin Group have plenty to learn at Everton
Everton bought Dibling for a package worth £40million from Southampton, with the prospect highly rated for his time on the South Coast.
However, now that Everton are in the market for Scienza, Dibling’s replacement at St Mary’s, nobody comes out of this decision looking good.

The Friedkin Group buying Scienza would ultimately signal that they got it wrong over Dibling. Meanwhile, the player will no doubt lose confidence and drop further in the pecking order.
Being replaced at Everton by his replacement at Southampton is a really uncomfortable position to be in.
Dibling’s price was mainly focused on his potential rather than what he could offer, and now Everton are being hurt by that decision.
While the ownership has done well to improve the finances at the L3 outfit, £40m mistakes cannot be made with financial restrictions constantly hampering what the Blues can do in the market.

Tyler Dibling to seek Everton exit
If Scienza does arrive, it would seem that there is nowhere else for Dibling to turn to at Hill Dickinson, not immediately anyway.
Moyes is already not the biggest fan of the player at the moment, and the winger is no doubt frustrated with his situation.
A loan may be best for all parties involved and would allow the player to get some game time and potentially gain more confidence.

Perhaps he could return to Everton as a different player with a strong spell elsewhere, or increase his stock further to get a permanent move.
However, Everton will be wary of allowing a player with Dibling’s reputation to leave so early into his spell.
While his time in L3 has been a failure so far and the £40m quite the mistake, there is a chance he can become the player the Blues had hoped for.
