Ilan Kebbal open to offers as Everton learn how much it would take to sign him
Ilan Kebbal is understood to be keen on a transfer with Everton in the hunt for his signature.
David Moyes’ side are keen to bring in new recruits in the summer to continue their ascent up the Premier League table.
The Blues are among a number of clubs that are interested in the Paris FC attacking midfielder, per L’Equipe.
The report on 16 April states that it would take between £8.7-10.5million to seal a deal for the 27-year-old.
Everton could do much worse than bringing Kebbal in, as he has notched eight goals and four assists so far this season.

Who is rivalling Everton for Kebbal transfer?
Everton have rivals for the majority of their transfer targets, and that is the case again with the Algeria star who will cost less than £11m.
The report claims that English clubs such as Brentford, Crystal Palace and Fulham are also interested in his services.
| Clubs interested in Kebbal | League Position (17 April) |
| Everton | 8th |
| Brentford | 7th |
| Crystal Palace | 13th |
| Fulham | 12th |
| Rennes | 6th |
| Monaco | 7th |
| Lyon | 5th |
It also states that Rennes, Monaco and Lyon, along with Saudi Arabian clubs, are also attracted by the player.
Why Kebbal would be a brilliant signing for Moyes
Moyes would love to work with Kebbal as the report describes him as “one of the most tireless players in our league.”
The Scotsman loves a player who is willing to fight for the team, and put in the effort required to make sure that the team get the result that is required.
It seems like the Algerian would fit right in at the Hill Dickinson Stadium if the Blues decide to make their move and can beat their rivals to his signature, which will not be an easy task.
| Kebbal’s stats this season | Ligue 1 |
| Matches | 24 |
| Goals | 8 |
| Assists | 4 |
| Total shots per game | 1.9 |
| Key passes per game | 2.0 |
| Balls recovered per game | 4.7 |
He is not just a workhorse, though, as he is also labelled as a creative and flair player, which is similar to Jack Grealish, who has become a fan favourite on Merseyside very quickly.
Perhaps Kebbal could do the same if he ends up in L3, donning the famous blue shirt, but only time will tell whether that is the case, or he signs for someone else.
The Toffees may be able to offer European football, which some of the other clubs in the running would not be able to do, so that could be an advantage that tempts him to pick Moyes’ side.
