Everton want to sign Real Betis attacker Rodri who has 'very low' sale price
Everton are among a trio of Premier League clubs who want to sign Real Betis attacking midfielder Rodri Sanchez, according to Fichajes.
The online Spanish news outlet claims Everton, Brighton and Southampton are all following the 21-year-old’s progress under former West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini.
Sanchez’s Betis contract expires in 2024 and he has a “very low” sale price, as per the information provided by Fichajes, and that could see clubs make a move for him next year.
Spanish mix
Rafa Benitez is well-known for signing his Spanish compatriots.
The 61-year-old obviously has a keen eye for talent in his homeland, and that saw him bring the likes of Xabi Alonso, Pepe Reina and Fernando Torres to Merseyside during his spell at Liverpool.

He also signed Javier Manquillo, Mikel Merino and Joselu when he was in charge of Newcastle United, so it would be no surprise to see him look to that market in the upcoming transfer windows.
His hands were tied in the summer as Everton were restricted by FFP, but he is expected to be able to make advancements in the market next year.
Rodri’s stats do not jump off the page, with just one goal and one assist for Betis in seven appearances across La Liga and the Europa League, but the fact he is earning starting opportunities for a strong Spanish side suggests he is highly-regarded by Pellegrini.
He also recently earned a call-up to the Spain Under-21 side, starting their Euro qualifier against Slovakia last Friday [08/10/21].
