Everton compiling impressive reports on Dinamo Moscow attacker Arsen Zakharyan

Everton are compiling impressive reports on Dinamo Moscow attacking midfielder Arsen Zakharyan ahead of a potential swoop, reports TEAMtalk.

The 18-year-old Russian international has caught the eyes of a lot of clubs in Europe following his exploits for his club, and the Toffees have a huge battle on their hands if they want to pip competition to his signing.

In England, Everton are joined by Manchester City, Chelsea, Leicester City, Brighton and Brentford for his signature, while the likes of Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Ajax, PSV Eindhoven, Atalanta, AS Roma and Inter Milan have also made checks on him.

Promising player

Zakharyan has two goals and five assists in 13 league games this season after ending last term with three goals and three assists in 13 games.

He beame the youngest outfield player in Russia’s history in September when he made his debut against Croatia.

It is clear to see why Everton are interested in recruiting his services, but it is unknown whether they want to move for him in January or next summer.

The promising youngster can line up on the left and right of the attack and also play behind the striker.

Zakharyan will be affordable for a side like the Toffees, but whether they can match his ambitions is another thing.

A lot of the other 15 sides keen on him can offer Champions League football and a chance to win trophies every season, but Everton could be able to offer him more playing minutes compared to them.

Rafa Benitez wants to build a squad capable of challenging for the top-six, and such a player is perfect for the project.

Landing him will not come easy, though, and this could be a story to keep an eye on heading into the winter.

In other Everton news, Sky Sports has been left to rue big Toffees decision amid £3.6billion investment.
