Everton to be handed opportunities to monetise Bramley-Moore Dock

Everton will be given opportunities to monetise their new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in the next 18 months, according to The Liverpool Echo.

The stadium will have commercial possibilities that were not available at Goodison Park, which will be a major boon in order to fill the club’s coffers.

The Toffees are known to carry out good financial deals as they were one of the most successful clubs commercially in terms of new deals since the pandemic began.

Wonderful opportunity

Stadium naming rights and other sponsorships related to it are fantastic for clubs’ finances.

Everton are a side that have had money to spend in the past, but due to their excess spending, they’re now in trouble with the FFP rules.

Getting multi-million sponsorships before their move to the new stadium would be phenomenal in terms of the club stature and would help draw players that otherwise would not consider moving to Everton.

It would also see the club hire more managers of the Carlo Ancelotti elk and that could see them become a regular top six or even a top four side.

If clubs like Leicester, who haven’t particularly had those elite names walking through the door, can do it, then Everton, with their ambitious owners surely can follow suit.

Hopefully, they start getting these deals in place sooner rather than later and keep the fans informed as to what their plans are for the future.
