Tom Gardner leaves Everton to take up new role at FIFA
Tom Gardner, who was the Head of Performance Analysis at Everton has reportedly left his position to take up a new one at FIFA.
According to Training Ground Guru, he will now be working as Consultant Projects Manager with FIFA.
Gardner moved to Goodison Park in April 2019 as Academy Performance Analysis Manager before he was promoted to the first team a year later.

The report reads, “There has been an incredible turnover of staff at Everton during the last four seasons, across all departments.
“This hasn’t been helped by the fact there have been three different Directors of Football and five different managers during that period – plus mixed messages from the boardroom.”
Mass overhaul
There has been so much upheaval and turnover behind the scenes at the club.
Such things are not healthy as no plan is fully executed as everyone has different ideas as to how to take the club forward.

It seems like, with every new manager, there are new people who make their way up to the top.
The running of the club is impacted and more often than not, the Toffees take a backward step rather than moving forward.
Hopefully, Kevin Thelwell’s arrival puts an end to this constant chopping and changing and there’s some stability behind the scenes at the club.
In other Everton news, a football finance expert has made a claim on the new Toffees stadium amid a major £300m development in the last week.
