Kevin Thelwell emails Everton staff as job hunt begins for key roles – report
Everton began a major structural review on Friday and will be looking for two new staff members, according to the Training Ground Guru.
Kevin Thelwell will be behind the search for a new Academy Director and Under-23s coach in the coming weeks and months.
The Toffees chief has emailed current staff of the club and shared what to expect from the upcoming search.

They shared the email on their website and it looks like a reassurance that they will only target the best candidates.
“This search for both roles will be thorough and far-reaching,” he wrote.
“Finding the very best candidate for each position is crucial, given the significance of those roles to our development pathway.
“Simply, we want to appoint the very best candidates possible for both roles.”

Together.
Could we imagine anyone else who would have done something like this in the past? We are struggling.
Behind the scenes at Goodison Park, it has become a laughing stock and we need someone to help guide us away from that.
Thelwell will want to create a sense of togetherness, and it could be used as a vote of confidence when everything else is looking quite bleak.
Whoever is coming in is going to be up for a huge challenge, and could help set the next era of the club.
Relegation would bring forward that need for a new era, we all know that, and at this moment in time, things are not looking good.
Farhad Moshiri looks to have taken a back seat during this search, and that is the way it should be as he no doubt will just be funding this.
