Injury Expert: Early Everton team news v Leicester – Three players ruled out, Richarlison update
Everton will definitely be without Nathan Patterson, Ben Godfrey and Andros Townsend this weekend when they play Leicester at the King Power, according to injury expert Ben Dinnery.
Writing on his Premier Injuries website, Dinnery reports that those three players are “ruled out” of the trip to the East Midlands.
He does, however, share that Richarlison has a 100 per cent chance of making the game after he went off with cramp against Chelsea.

Dinnery adds that there’s only a 25 per cent chance that Donny van de Beek and Andre Gomes will make the squad on Sunday [8 May],
Massive game
It’s all fine and well for Everton to be winning their home games but in order to avoid relegation, the Blues also need to start picking up their form away from Goodison Park.
What we saw on Merseyside on Sunday was incredible.
Evertonians painted the city blue and that rubbed off massively on the players, who easily had their best performance of the season to beat Chelsea.

Everton’s home form this season is the 10th-best in the Premier League with eight wins in 17 matches.
However, it’s their away form that’s the issue and is one of the major contributing factors in this season’s relegation battle.
Looking at the away form table, the Toffees are 20th.
They’ve won just once in 16 matches on the road, scored just 16 goals and conceded an incredible 35 goals.
It’s even worse when you see that solitary away win was against Brighton back in August so Frank Lampard is yet to oversee victory on the road.
In fact, Lampard has lost every single away game he’s managed at Everton.
It simply needs to stop this weekend.
