Andre Gomes has only few games left to salvage Everton career
Andre Gomes is fighting for his Everton future and he has only a few games left to change everything.
The Portuguese midfielder has struggled for form and fitness, but he is back in training and will be in contention to start for the clash against Leicester City on Sunday (8 May).
He has been really shocking this season, and there are high chances that he could be sold in the summer.

On February 19, as the Toffees lost 2-0 at Southampton, ex-England and Nottingham Forest defender Garry Birtles brutally criticised him for giving away a “ridiculous” free-kick [Premier League World Feed].
This week, Patrick Boyland of The Atheltic, claimed that the Toffees could decide to sell Gomes in the summer.
He is one of the high earners at the club, but his time at Merseyside has been blighted by injuries.
Frankly, Gomes has failed to replicate the form he showed at Valencia. He was still fantastic during his initial days at Everton, but he has been absolutely woeful in the past 18 months.

When he is on a song, Gomes can be a treat to watch, but there lies the big conundrum. Everton fans have hardly seen “that” version of Gomes, and definitely not in this season.
This summer, the Toffees will undergo a massive rebuilding process, irrespective of whether they stay up or go down, and in both cases, the club will look to cut down costs.
Gomes has only five games left to change his situation.
