Simon Jordan destroys Everton ace Dele Alli live on talkSPORT
Simon Jordan believes that Dele Alli does not deserve any sympathy for his current situation at Everton.
Since his move from Tottenham Hotspur in January, he has failed to establish himself as a regular at Goodison Park.
He has even been linked with a move away from the club and Jordan thinks that Alli is to be blamed for this situation.
Speaking on talkSPORT, he said, “For anyone looking at Dele Alli, it’s entirely incumbent upon him. Nobody should feel sorry for him rocking up to Everton in a Rolls Royce. He doesn’t deserve one scintilla of sympathy. He deserves someone to put their foot up his jacky for the opportunity he’s wasting.”
Harsh?
Alli certainly has done himself no favours with his lifestyle and attitude towards the game.

At Spurs, under Mauricio Pochettino, he was viewed as one of the best attacking midfielders in the world.
His numbers at that age were better than what Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard achieved and there was a real belief that he could go on to become something special.
However, over four years later and Alli has regressed massively and you’ve got to be sympathetic towards him.
There could be things going on that we’re unaware of and Jordan keeps talking about how overpaid players are and that exempts them from having mental problems.
We’re not saying that Alli is going through something significant, but it’s hard to justify the steep decline of such a talented player.
