Leeds United and Burnley request Premier League to contact Everton over alleged financial breach
Leeds United and Burnley have reportedly requested the Premier League to contact Everton over an alleged financial breach.
According to the Telegraph, the two clubs want the authorities to tell the Toffees to keep all the data and documents relating to income, transfers and commercial deals.
This comes after Everton secured their Premier League status, leaving Leeds and Burnley left to fight for 17th on the final day of the season.

Baffling
Everton have had financial issues for over a year and it’s very convenient to see these clubs waking up now.
Both are in real danger of getting relegated and they now want to point fingers at the Toffees.
The Premier League has its own rules in terms of financial breaches and they will be doing their routine checks.
It’s unsportsmanlike for these two clubs to ask for a favour and to look for things that may not even exist.
The current rules state that the clubs are permitted to write off losses of up to £105 million every three years.
The Toffees’ last year losses were £120.9million and it is understood that the league’s own profit and sustainability [P&S] regulations have not been breached.
We do not understand what the fuss is all about and it must end sooner rather than later.
In other Everton news, a football finance expert has made a claim on the new Toffees stadium amid a major £300m development in the recent weeks.
