Don Hutchison: Multiple Everton players set to leave this summer
Don Hutchison believes that there will be a lot of ins and outs in the Everton squad this summer as they narrowly avoided relegation.
However, he does not see them at the wrong end of the table and believes they will relatively be safe in the 2022/23 campaign.
Salomon Rondon, who was signed on a free transfer in the summer window under Rafa Benitez, will also be on his way out, according to the Sky Sports pundit.

Speaking on Premier League Fanzone, Hutchison said, “There’s going to be surgery needed in the squad. Rondon will definitely be gone. I don’t think that he was an Everton player when he first signed. But I don’t see them fighting relegation next season.”
Big moves needed
Everton need to start acting like a proper football club if they are to deliver good performances on the field play.
Off the field, too, they need to get the right people making the decisions and not listen to agents like Farhad Moshiri notoriously does.
Hiring Rafa Benitez was a decision that was always going to end in tears and it is precisely what happened.
Frank Lampard may have got some brownie points by keeping Everton up but he needs to do a lot more to be a success at the club.
This summer, he has to be backed and it remains to be seen how that happens, given all the FFP issues the club are facing.
