Everton attacker Richarlison not moving to Manchester City or Newcastle

Everton attacker Richarlison is reportedly unlikely to move to a Premier League club unless they offer ‘ridiculous’ money for him.

According to Sport Witness journalist Sean Lunt, Manchester City and Newcastle are the only two clubs that can offer the kind of money that would convince the Toffees to sell to an English side.

Lunt does not see either of the two going for him, which means that he’s likely to move to a league abroad.

Via his personal Twitter account, Lunt wrote, “As I’ve said before, I don’t see Everton ever selling Richarlison to another Premier League team. That could always change if the money is ridiculous but the only sides who could offer that would be Man City & Newcastle. He’s not joining either of those.”

Transfer saga incoming

The Richarlison links aren’t going to die down just yet.

He probably has informed Frank Lampard about his intentions for next soon and it doesn’t seem that they’re positive ones for Everton fans.

Usually, if a player is sure of staying, he would’ve just come out and said that it’s what he wants.

However, with Richarlison, there is a feeling that this may be the end of the road for him.

Given the fact that there are many clubs interested in him, most of whom are vying for top honours, Everton can be assured that they’ll be compensated handsomely from his sale.

While supporters would want another year of the Brazilian, they surely understand that clubs are run like businesses and this may be too hard a move to turn down.
