Chelsea consider rivalling Spurs to sign Richarlison as Everton brace for first bid - Sky Sports
Chelsea are considering rivalling Spurs to sign Everton forward Richarlison, according to Sky Sports.
It comes as it is reported that the Toffees are bracing for the first bid to come flying in from North London for the Brazilian superstar this summer.
Spurs are described as “Very keen” as Chelsea look to replace the outgoing Rmomelu Lukaku who is said to be on his way back to Inter Milan.
Thomas Tuchel is keen on a new-look forward line at Stamford Bridge.
It is reported that the German could sign up to three new attackers, with money clearly no issue as Everton prepare to start answering serious bids for Richarlison.
Frank Lampard could not only welcome his former side to Goodison Park on the first day of the 2022-23 Premier League season, but also his main man too.

Time is coming.
Spurs certainly appear to still be in the driving seat for this one, with Chelsea not having made a concrete decision on who could come in or be targeted this summer.
Richarlison is said to fancy moves to both clubs as he looks to move on during this window, and that opens the door to both of these potential transfers.
This is something that we knew was coming, and simply at this stage, it has to happen.
Financial Fair Play rules are draining the life out of the club at this moment in time, and the only way to counter that is buy selling players for big fees, and therefore big profit.
Of course, given the high amount paid for Richarlison, it will take an amount in the region of £60million upwards for that to really take effect.
Chelsea and Spurs have some thinking to do, with a bidding war potentially on the cards with a first official bid only a matter of days away.
