Everton still in the hunt to sign Sheffield United forward Daniel Jebbison
Everton are still in the hunt to sign Sheffield United forward Daniel Jebbison, as per Football League World.
The website reported on 8 August that the Toffees still remain interested in signing the 19-year-old striker, as Frank Lampard wants to add depth in his forward department.
Jebbison has been “admiring glances” from the Toffees in the past few windows, and it will be interesting to see if they make any concrete attempt to sign him.

The young striker admitted in an interview with The Daily Mail (15 January) that he watches Calvert-Lewin.
“Dominic Calvert-Lewin, I look at his movement in the box and it’s very similar to me,” he said.
“I try to watch him because he’s one of the best for movement in the box.”
Amazing talent
Everton have been rocked by the loss of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, with the striker expected to miss actions for upto six weeks.
It leaves Lampard with no recognised striker at the moment. Jebbison could not be viewed as a player for the future, but he can do a decent job upfront right now.
The youngster made four Premier League appearances for Sheffield United in the 2020/21 campaign, and became the youngest player to score on their Premier League start when he netted against Everton in May last year.

He spent a brief loan spell at Burton Albion where he excelled under the guidance of Premier League legend Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
The Toffees are reportedly close to landing three signings within the next few days, but Lampard must look to add a new striker to the squad.
With Everton working on a tight budget, it would be ideal for the club if they can get an experienced Premier League striker or a young striker with great potential on loan.
