Everton may have Vitor Pereira ready to take over if they sack Frank Lampard after major Monday development
Everton could turn their attention to Vitor Pereira after the Portuguese ended up getting sacked by Corinthians on Monday, 14 November.
The Toffees are currently languishing in 17th place and are likely to be part of another relegation battle this season.
Early signs showed that progress was being made under Frank Lampard, but the manager now appears to be fighting for his job again.

Farhad Moshiri has never been shy of pulling the trigger to sack managers and has made some surprising calls like deciding to part ways with Rafa Benitez midway through a transfer window.
However, if the reason to still hold on to Lampard was the lack of suitable candidates then Everton surely can turn to a familiar face in Pereira.

He was in England ready to sign the contract but his interview with Sky Sports perhaps messed up his chances.
Even in 2013 and 2018, he was close to the job but eventually was passed on for candidates that the hierarchy deemed more suitable.
It’s clear that he likes the club and the boardroom always seem to have his CV handy so it could be the perfect match for them.
They could initially sign him on a short-term contract until the end of the season to steady the ship and get the players excited and play a brand of football they enjoy.
Pereira is a four-time league winner and has nearly two decades of managerial experience so it could be a decent stopgap appointment for the club.
