Everton are predicted to get relegated after Southampton picked up an unlikely point against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

The Saints had a 3-1 lead on Friday night but ended up conceding two goals in two minutes to settle for a 3-3 draw against the league leaders.

FiveThirtyEight's Super Computer crunched the numbers and they predicted Everton to finish with 33 points and in 18th place.

Tough luck

It seems like Everton need a miracle to survive and given their recent performance at home to Fulham, it can be said that.

They were passive, lethargic and deserved to lose and it cannot be attributed solely to Sean Dyche as it was a culmination of many things going wrong.

He's going to need a response from his players and that could mean a change in the system or three to four changes in personnel.

Everton

He needs someone to grab the game by the scruff of its neck and help turn it around in favour of Everton as they appear destined for relegation.

While there may be new investors extremely close to investing money into the club, they may have a change of heart looking at such results.

Facing Crystal Palace away is not going to be easy given the run they've been on recently but Dyche has got to believe that they can get something from it.
