Everton transfer news: Manchester United ace David de Gea Old Trafford future in jeopardy amid Jordan Pickford update
Manchester United will reportedly be selling David de Gea if they signed Jordan Pickford from Everton in this transfer window.
According to the Courier journalist Jim Spence, should the £30million-rated England international move to Old Trafford, it will be the end of the road for the Spaniard.
Despite winning the Golden Gloves this past season, de Gea has come under scrutiny for his ball-playing ability.

Via Twitter, Spence wrote, “Pickford’s arrival will signify De Gea’s removal.”
Must keep him
Everton recently tied Pickford down to a new deal and must do everything they possibly can in order to keep him at the club.
If not, the amount mentioned above is too little for a keeper of his calibre who’s not just a good shot stopper and incredible sweeper but also a vocal presence on the field and a great leader inside the dressing room.
He’s certainly among the top keepers in the Premier League currently and unless United are willing to double what the reported fee is then they can forget about Pickford.

The 29-year-old is homegrown, Premier League proven for years and has at least five more seasons at the very top of his game.
He’s seldom fazed by the big occasion and has proven it for England at the EUROs and the World Cup so he’s a tried and tested option.
Pickford was set to spearhead a firesale at Everton had they got relegated but now the pendulum has swung and the club are expected to retain his services.
