Dele Alli returned to Everton pre-season training after he was spotted at Finch Farm on 7 July, in images shared by the Daily Mail.
The former Tottenham Hotspur attacker was out on loan at Besiktas last season in what proved to be a wretched spell for him.
He was seen talking to a senior Toffees coach while he was exercising on the cycle, looking to get back his fitness.
Way out?
Liverpool Echo journalist Chris Beesley has mooted an exit for him after he failed to cut it at Goodison Park or on loan in Turkey.
Sean Dyche likes players who work hard on the pitch and even like to go the extra mile in training and Alli hasn’t been able to do that.
If he’s struggled to cut it under someone like Jose Mourinho and even the final stretch of Mauricio Pochettino’s reign, there’s nothing to suggest he can turn it around under Dyche.
The most sensible thing will be for the club to cash in on him and look to make as much money as possible from his sale.
There may be clubs overseas, in less physical leagues that will be willing to take the punt on him, just like Besiktas did.
For that, he’ll have to get back to fitness quickly and hopefully, he can then look for clubs that want to sign him this summer.
