Almeria stance shared as Everton table £25m transfer bid for striker El Bilal Toure

Almeria remain calm as Everton reportedly tabled a multi-million bid for their striker El Bilal Toure, who’s also wanted by Atalanta.

According to Diario Almeria [14 July], there is no panic at the Spanish club as they’re aware of the interest shown in the 21-year-old.

The Mirror reported on 13 July that the Toffees had already launched a £25million bid to secure the services of the Mali international.

Act quickly

Everton’s dilly-dallying is what cost them many targets in the past and that seems to be happening now as well.

They need to get their act together and show that they’re a serious football club in order to sign Toure.

He seems the real deal at 21 and is still raw so Sean Dyche can polish him into the striker he knows can be a success in the Premier League.

His style of play may not be too easy on the eye but he ensures that there is service for the strikers and someone clinical could be the real deal in his system.

It remains to be seen what Everton’s budget on a striker is this summer and whether or not they can match Almeria’s demands to sign him.

Atalanta are the other club keen and if they make money from Rasmus Hojlund’s sale, they may look to sign Toure as well.

In other Everton news, an exit-linked Toffees player has recently been spotted in talks with a senior Goodison Park figure ahead of the new season.
