Everton confirmed XI v Wolves: Michael Keane dropped

Sean Dyche has named his Everton XI as he hopes his side register their first points and first win on the board v Wolves.

Arnaut Danjuma, Lewis Dobbin and Jarrad Branthwaite both start with the absent Alex Iwobi, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Michael Keane making way for them.

The Toffees have struggled in front of goal and were extremely leaky at the back against Aston Villa last weekend.

Win this

Wolves are in a similar financial crisis like the Toffees if not worse, so this is a game Dyche needs to be winning.

He’s made a big decision in defence and he will live or die by it based on how the next three hours unfold.

Most Everton fans will be able to understand where this one is coming from and it’ll be interesting to see how it impacts the result.

There is still a big question mark as to where will the goals be coming from and hopefully, somebody steps up to the plate today.

They created chances aplenty against Fulham but failed to capitalise on them and they cannot afford to do that here as well.

The Toffees need to come out of the blocks on the front foot and make things as difficult as possible for their opponents.

In other Everton news, a first-team player linked with a Premier League rival club may now force his Goodison Park exit unless Sean Dyche axes a senior man.
